Twin Fluidizing Paddle Blender

The TFPB twin fluidizing paddle blender offers mixing speed and efficiency with low equipment cost and consumed power. Fluidization overcomes the negative effects of gravity that cause roll-apart segregation. This enhanced mixing technology is achieved with twin, non-overlapping agitators of defined geometry at higher rotational speeds that mechanically fluidize ingredients. Particles of vastly differing size, shape, and density can be precisely and efficiently mixed. The unit mixes five times faster than a ribbon blender with less degradation. Other features include easy clean-out and low heat generation due to friction.
