Five-Deck Tumbling Screener
Minox tumbler screening machines feature three-dimensional gyratory motion and unique screen-cleaning devices. The five deck tumbling machine screens six different fractions while achieving high yields. It is equipped with a pneumatic deck lifting option. The lifter is readily mounted by welding or with bolts and nuts, includes pneumatic control for lifting and lowering, and is operated by 6 bar compressed air (90 psi). This simple control allows easy access to the top deck and ball tray. The lower screens, brushes, and air knives are simple to reach by removing the R clips. Screen changes can be done by one person.

Expandable Sifter
The all-metal stacked deck Model CS-1 gyratory sifter is capable of providing from two to four separations of any dry free-flowing product from ¼ in. in size down to 400 mesh. The unit has the ability to screen up to 50,000 lb/hr and its passive, gentle gyratory motion keeps the product in constant contact with the screen for maximum capacity. The CS-1 can provide from 5 to 35 sq ft of screening surface simply by adding additional screen decks. This is all done in a 4 × 4 ft footprint, minimizing the space required to operate the sifter. The sifter is BISSC certified.

Portable Reclaim Sifter with Rolling Base
The AFF portable reclaim sifter is an easy and efficient tool for sifting small batches of dry powders. This versatile sifter is capable of batch sifting up to 600 lb/hr and may be operated sitting atop a drum or using the optional adjustable rolling base for easy relocation around the plant. The all stainless-steel construction and waterproof motor facilitate cleaning. A custom RCN output dust chute allows quick changes between collection containers and oversized rubber vibration dampeners mean quiet operation. One framed screen and the overs spout with sliding shut-off door are included. Additional framed screens and motor speed controller are available.

Twin Centri-Sifter
The Centri-Sifter twin ultrahigh capacity centrifugal screener scalps dry bulk materials, breaks up soft agglomerates, and dewaters moist solids or slurries, matching the capacity of two individual units but within a smaller footprint. Cantilevered three-bearing shafts allow quick removal of internal components from shaft ends while providing maximum support and vibration-free operation. A feed splitter divides incoming material into the two horizontally oriented cylindrical screening chambers, each with a rotating a helical paddle assembly that accelerates the movement of on-size particles through screen apertures, and oversize particles through the open end of the screen cylinder to a discharge chute.

Centrifugal Sifter
Engineered to meet high-capacity sifting for bulk load-in/load out and larger process applications, the Rota-Sieve handles a wide variety of powder, granules, agglomerates, and other free-flowing materials. The combination of high-centrifugal force and blade spreading action reduces binding problems, even when handling materials that tend to flake or agglomerate due to fat and moisture content. The unit not only can be used for sifting, scalping, and classifying, but may also remove foreign material, such as plastic and string.

Centrifugal Sifter
Utilizing a clean and simple design, materials are fed into the sifter chamber by means of a feeder screw and then whirled in the sifter chamber by paddles. Hundreds of screen sizes are available in various materials to optimize separation of oversize product or fines from the process stream. Screens are totally removable for fast changeout and cleaning. These sifters can be used for scalping, classification, de-dusting, de-watering, and de-agglomerating applications.

Screening Conveyor
This sanitary stainless-steel screening conveyor is used for single or multiple size separations of food products. Specifically, it is designed to remove fines and agglomerated oversize from finished food products, such as RTE cereal. With quickly removable screen panels, this machine provides easy access and fast cleaning. Operation is smooth with little transmitted vibration through the isolation block mounted on springs below the screen box. The drive is a single exciter motor without cams, external bearings, or belts and guards. Rugged, sanitary construction makes this screener ideal for the 24/7 operation in food processing plants where downtime is costly.
