Siemens Announces Regional User Conference Schedule

In response to requests by many in the Siemens User Community, Siemens Energy & Automation Inc., will hold a series of regional user conferences focused on process automation, throughout the U.S. this year in place of its traditional annual Automation Summit. These one-day conferences will be held in Mobile, AL, King of Prussia, PA, Park City, UT, and Houston.

The regional format will provide companies a cost-effective opportunity to receive the community benefits of continuous education, best practice sharing, exposure to technical innovations, and networking opportunities. Additionally, Siemens will waive the normal registration fee for end-users.

“In the face of the current economy, Siemens must demonstrate flexibility and agility, but we remain committed to providing our customers, prospects, and partners with the same level of training, networking, and best practice sharing,” said Raj Batra, vice president, Automation and Motion Div., Siemens Energy & Automation. “These events help Siemens deliver the technology innovations our customers require and will position Siemens and its customers to emerge stronger as the economy rebounds.”

The conferences will be held on the following dates: April 28 in Mobile, AL; May 5 in King of Prussia, PA; May 12 in Park City, Utah; May 19 in Houston.
