pbs0706p24a.jpgCircular Unitized Gyratory Screen
The Vibroscreen is a large circular unitized gyratory screen that features three-component, multiplane mechanical vibration. The motion is through a motor with a double extended shaft, fitted at both ends with eccentric weights. The whole drive assembly is mounted on a circular base by rugged springs that allow the unit to vibrate freely. At the same time, it prevents transmitted vibration from reaching the floor area on which the machine stands. Screens can be mounted on top of each other within the screening assembly. Features include high capacity, minimum space, adaptability, no transmission vibration, long screen life, and minimum screen blinding.

pbs0706p24b.jpgInverting Filter Centrifuge
The HF-model centrifuge incorporates inverting-filter and thin-cake processing technology, with optional PAC direct-contact drying technology. It produces dynamic inversion movement of the filter cloth material to ensure that no residual heel remains on the filter cloth when product is discharged, so that production batches are of repeatably consistent quality. Thin-cake filtration technology also ensures that the most difficult filtering materials are easily processed. It provides PAC direct-contact drying of the centrifuged materials within the unit in a fully contained operation, resulting in a low final moisture level.

pbs0706p24c.jpgGyratory Sifters
Gyramax gyratory sifters are used for high-capacity dry screening in industrial, recycling, and agricultural markets. The units feature a center-mounted vibratory drive system that produces uniform gyratory motion across the entire length of the screen deck with adjustable speed and stroke. The special drive system produces good product fluidization and excellent screen cleaning. It does not require counterbalancing, is lubricated for life, and is backed by a three-year warranty.

pbs0706p24d.jpgGap-Free Low-Profile Sifter
The low-profile Flo-Thru sifter features a gap-free screen frame with quick-disconnect clamps and a crevice-free interior finished to CGMP, 3-A, USDA, and FDA standards. It allows rapid, thorough washdowns. On-size particles pass rapidly through the screen in a vertical discharge path at higher rates than with circular screeners that have centrally mounted gyratory motors and horizontal discharge paths. Oversized material can be removed manually or with a vacuum. The unit is intended to scalp oversized particles as small as 38 µm (400 mesh).

pbs0706p24e.jpgStraight-Line Screening System
The Texas Shaker straight-line screening system features a multiple-deck bulk-handling equipment design that delivers installed cost savings per ton-hour of capacity. It utilizes a straight-line inertia force generated by the spinning rotors that improves shaker system balance as well as speed and amplitude. The vibration, or shake, is generated by a pair of rotating, unbalanced shafts coupled with a pair of gears. By rotating in opposition, the shafts generate a straight-line inertia force, creating the movement. In this manner, the screening action is uniform over the entire flat surface area. Constantly changing velocity and direction of the screening surface creates a shuffling effect in the material bed, enhancing the passage of undersized particles and promoting stratification. Rotors and gears are mounted externally for easy-access maintenance.

pbs0706p24f.jpgGyratory Screener
The Apex screener retains the proven gyratory motion and efficient processing characteristics of the Rotex screener but incorporates new performance and service features designed for increased process uptime in the production line. New side-access doors enable quick and easy screen maintenance by one person. The gyratory motion of the near-horizontal screen surface, combined with a positive screen mesh cleaning system, provides unusually high efficiency and capacity. The Apex is used in various industries, including chemicals, minerals, and agriculture.

pbs0706p24g.jpgHopper-Feeder-Screener System
This hopper-feeder-screener system incorporates the Model HK-12 equipped with the HK ultrasonic deblinding system, along with a stainless-steel feed hopper and vibratory feeder for continuous processing of powder applications. Options include continuous removal of oversized material and multiple deck applications. Units are available in 8-, 12-, 17-, 24-, and 36-in. diameters. The ultrasonic transducer is transferable to individual screen frames and uses only one transducer for all screen frames. The company’s ultrasonic screeners are effective tools in the lab or pilot plant for evaluating small powder batches. Mesh sizes are available down to 635 mesh or 5 µm and utilize HK precision sieves.
