Summit Training Source has produced a three-part online Safe Quality Food Production training series based on the Safe Quality Food Institute initiatives (SQF). Upon completion of the courses, students will have a common sense understanding of the SQF and how to implement SQF practices into everything they do.
This training series will focus on critical points in the food manufacturing processes, emphasizing key information to keep our food supply hazard free. The online series incorporates video, animation, interactivity, and technically accurate content, delivering a training program that is relevant to all food manufacturing employees.
The three-part series includes Food Allergens, HAACP, and Good Manufacturing Practices. Food Allergens covers: an introduction to various food allergens; food allergen identification and assessment in your facility; control programs. HAACP covers: an introduction to HAACP; prerequisite programs and sanitation standards; the foundation of HAACP; the HAACP program in your workplace. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) covers: an introduction to GMPs; personal responsibility in GMPs; material controls; communicable conditions.
