John Hill Joins Custom Processing Services

John Hill has joined Custom Processing Services Inc. as manager of wet processing, the company announced today.

Hill brings 23 years of experience in the field of wet milling and dispersions, most recently at Netzsch Premier Technology and Netzsch Fine Particle Technology in Exton, PA, where he managed laboratory and sales activities, in addition to providing technical and process engineering support to customers.

Hill had previously served as a process development engineer and project engineer for Nashua Corp. in New Hampshire.

Prior to that job, Hill had worked as an applications engineer for Siemens Energy and Automation and as a process development engineer for W.R. Grace and Co., both in Massachusetts.

Hill was granted bachelors and masters’ degrees in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University in New York.

In his new position at Custom Processing Services, Hill will be directing all aspects of wet processing, including media milling, high-speed dispersions, and allied processes. Sales inquiries may be directed to him at [email protected].

Custom Processing Services provides a range of particle size reduction services, including both wet and dry grinding methods. Crushing and pulverizing services can produce more coarsely-ground products while micronizing and media milling produce ultra-fine particles, down to the sub-micron range.
