Intersystems Acquires Abel Manufacturing Core Product Lines

Intersystems has purchased the core product lines of Abel Manufacturing Inc. (AMI) of Appleton, WI. The design and manufacture of these product lines, which include AMI’s square bolted bins and micro ingredient systems, will be immediately transferred to Intersystems’ Omaha, NE facility, along with sales and customer service.

The addition of the products from Abel expands Intersystems’ commitment as a full line supplier of heavy-duty equipment for the feed and grain industries. “We are very excited to acquire these products from this market leader in the feed and pet food industry” said Tom Schroeder, executive vice president and general manager of Intersystems.  “The acquisition of the AMI products is just one more example of Intersystems’ commitment to innovation and leadership in our core markets.
