The model 2090 form, fill, and seal machine is a high-speed, low-operator interaction machine for automating industrial bagging. It features a new main belt path, jaw, and top seal design that runs at speeds of up to 34 bags per minute. With less than half the moving parts of previous designs, and a reduction in operator adjustments by 90%, the unit provides consistent bagging operation. Bag change over time from large to small sizes can be completed in less than 15 minutes. Double-sealed pulleys, SEW Eurodrive motors, 24 VDC controls, heavy-duty air cylinders and valves all add to the machine’s performance.
