Eriez 5-Star Service Center Now Offers Complete Inspection and OEM Parts Replacement

Eriez, world leader in advanced technology for magnetic, vibratory, and inspection applications, now offers comprehensive equipment inspection and OEM parts replacement through its 5-Star Service Center. The Center is located in Lake City, PA, and is staffed with trained service technicians to expertly handle even the toughest service projects.

The inspection process helps customers identify potential problems with their magnetic, vibratory, and metal detection equipment, limiting costly downtime and loss of production. Inspections can be handled at the Center or customers can schedule an on-site inspection.

Individual equipment gets thoroughly inspected at critical checkpoints. Afterward, Eriez’ technicians issue a full report, noting any immediate service needs and highlighting areas that need future attention. The Center also inspects similar non-Eriez equipment.

Whether equipment is repaired in the field or at the Center, all work is done with original Eriez parts, components, and assemblies. “Our technicians are ready to do whatever it takes to address customers’ issues and keep their production up and running,” said Dave Hansen, Eriez customer service manager. “We understand that sending the equipment to our 5-Star Service Center is not always a viable option, so Eriez will come to you, even on short notice.”

The Service Center upgrades and maintains Eriez equipment including suspended electromagnets, both manual and self-clean, lift magnets, both permanent and electromagnet, wet drums, scrap drums, magnetic pulleys, eddy current separators, vibratory feeders and metal detectors.

Eriez stores several years of equipment records to help expedite servicing. Its service also offers customers instruction and operation manuals on the above equipment, parts lists, and step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
