Dudas Named CEO of Spiroflow Systems

Jeff Dudas has been named chief executive officer for Spiroflow Systems Inc. and will oversee operations in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. 

“Jeff’s management skills put him in a position to help us increase sales significantly and expand our product base,” said Spiroflow president Michel Podevyn. “His experience capabilities and people skills will be key motivation factors in expanding our customer base and position in our various markets.”
   
With more than 22 years of commercial experience, Dudas joins Spiroflow from Oppenheimer and Company, Inc., a New York-based financial service company, where he served as managing director. Before that, he spent more than 17 years with UBS/PaineWebber in various advisory, sales, and senior management positions including four years as CEO, managing director, and country head of UBS Wealth Management Australia.
      
A native of Ohio, Dudas graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder, where he attended on a Navy ROTC scholarship. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and was the NROTC battalion commander, president of Alpha Phi Omega, and president of the Society for the Advancement of Management. Dudas is also a graduate of The Securities Industry Association program at the Wharton School of Business.

Upon graduation and commissioning, Dudas served seven years in the U.S. Navy. He was a carrier pilot where he flew the F-4S Phantom II aircraft and was a graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School, Top Gun. He also served three years in the U.S. Navy Reserves, attaining the rank of LCDR.
