CNW modules neatly integrate a vacuum convey system, surge bin with live discharge, and a loss-in-weight feeder in one self-contained assembly. Powders can be vacuum conveyed, surged, and weigh batched efficiently with single assembly. The CNW is capable of producing any size batch. Multiple units can be arranged in-line or radially to produce a complete self-contained multi-ingredient conveying and weighing system. Multiple CNW modules can run simultaneously and fill autonomously, resulting in compact sizing of individual modules or complete systems. All modules are tool-free, quick take-apart to facilitate product changeovers. A non-proprietary scale system can be easily integrated to existing plant control platforms with accurate and repeatable results. The system is suited for food, USDA-Dairy, or general industrial applications.
