Having spent more than 30 years working in the agriculture, biochemical, chemical and service industries, Donald’s most recent appointment was president of Monsanto Co.’s agricultural products sector. He currently serves on the board of directors of Carnival Corp., Crown Holdings, The Laclede Group, and Oil-Dri Corp. of America. Donald recently retired from the role of president and CEO of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and was recently appointed president and CEO of the Executive Leadership Council.
