u12cb_85852.jpgIndustrial Exhauster
Series 05 industrial exhausters are available with multiple wheel types and configurations to meet the specific needs of customers. The Type AH air wheel performs well for light dust loading; the Type MH open wheel is ideally suited for material handling; the Type TH open trim wheel for trim handling and long materials; the Type PR reinforced paddle wheel for handling particle laden air; and the Type PW open paddle wheel for many air and material moving applications. These fans also offer efficient airflow at high pressure to flow ratios with lower sound levels than other selections. The Series 05 fan is available in sizes from 12 to 57 in. in Class II, III, or IV and some high-temperature applications. Hartzell Fan Inc., Piqua, OH 800-336-3267 www.hartzellfan.com

u12d4_85853.jpgIndustrial Fans
Booth 1244 – These industrial material and air handling fans range in size from 11 to 41 in. and are fabricated from ¼-in. or heavier plate to handle system capacities from 660 to 60,000 cfm of air. Each fan is totally interchangeable to a clockwise or counterclockwise discharge. The fans are precision balanced in two planes, side-to-side and end-to-end, to minimize noise and vibration. Standard size fans normally ship the day they are ordered. Special-order fans made of abrasion-resistant, stainless, and heat-resistant steels are normally shipped within two weeks. Many custom options are available. The fans are licensed to bear the AMCA seal for air performance. Koger Air Corp., Martinsville, VA 800-368-2096 www.kogerair.com/equip3.html

u12dc_85854.jpgBlower Package
Booth 1721 - The IQ blower package is a 7.5–50-hp, factory-direct unit that delivers pressure to 15 psig, vacuum to 16 in. Hg, and flows from 200–600 icfm. Some of the key advantages include: a quiet design with sound levels as low as 60 dBa; intelligent digital monitoring is standard with the AirSmart controller; integrated full-voltage starter or Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) optional; removable discharge silencer provides package integrity and end-user flexibility; and HeliFlow, DuroFlow, and Sutorbilt Legend DSL blower options. Gardner Denver Inc.,  Quincy, IL 800-682-9868  www.gardnerdenverproducts.com

u12e4_85855.jpgHigh-Speed Turbo Blower
Booth 4041 - Built to increase annual energy savings and minimize maintenance, the air bearing high speed turbo (HT) blower has models ranging from 5–300 hp. The operational benefits of using a HT series blower can result in 20–40% reduced energy cost. Additional benefits include less maintenance costs (i.e., no lubrication, no belts, no gears, and no couplings), with the only scheduled maintenance being routine inlet filter changes. The blower is quiet with less than 80 dBa per OSHA standards. In addition, it can operate in parallel with other type blowers with a smaller footprint than traditional blowers. The unit is shipped as a pre-engineered working system with integrated controls, variable frequency drive, filter inlet, and electrical disconnect to keep installation costs at minimum.  HSI, Houston, TX 800-725-2291 www.hsiblowers.com

u12ef_85856.jpgBlower Package
Booth 1033 - Featuring the powerful Qx blower, the Qube blower package reduces overall costs, has a compact footprint to reduce space requirements, and is enclosed in powder-coated steel enclosure to reduce noise even further (24 dBa attenuation). Additional features include an integral check valve, discharge from the back, and discharge flexible connector.  Tuthill Vacuum & Blower Systems,  Springfield, MO 800-825-6937 www.tuthill.com

u12f8_85857.jpgPressure Blowers
Since greater pressures and volume are needed to fulfill higher filtration requirements for dense solids media, Chicago Blower has developed a series of high-capacity pressure blowers. The Design 53 pressure blower line has been expanded with pressures to 91 in. wg and volumes to 18,000 cfm. With pipe sizes to 14 in. inlet/outlet, the blowers convey a diverse variety of materials, as well as cool and aerate. They are especially suited for the most advanced pollution control systems. Lightweight aluminum alloy wheels not only reduce motor loads, they decrease vibration. The fan housing is constructed of heavy gauge steel with support gussets added to further reduce vibration.  Chicago Blower Corp., Glendale Heights, IL  630-858-2600 www.chicagoblower.com

u1303_85956.jpgBlower Packages
Booth 1223 - Both the bi-lobe (MG Series) and tri-lobe (ZG Series) blowers are rated for 15 psig pressure or 15 in. Hg vacuum, providing air flows up to 3950 cfm. The blowers feature integral-shaft ductile iron impellers, dual splash lubrication, oversized cylindrical roller bearings, piston ring air seals, lip type viton oil seals, and low vibration and noise. These packages feature a high-efficiency integrated intake filter/silencer with washable polyurethane filter media; combination base and heavy-duty integrated discharge silencer for smaller footprint and assembly; and a V-belt drive and guard with auto tensioning for reduced maintenance costs and vibration dampeners. Optional equipment includes motors up to 200 hp, check valve, safety valve, flexible connector, and sound enclosure. Eurus Blower Inc., Suffolk, VA 630-221-8282 www.eurusblower.com

u130f_85859.jpgBlower Packages for Pneumatic Conveying Systems
Booth 1413 - K-Tron Premier supplies a wide range of continuous vacuum, pressure, and vacuum/pressure system blower packages for conveying bulk materials. Blowers are available for 2- to 10-in. conveying systems. Each blower package is supported on a heavy-duty base that allows easy access for cleaning. Built-in braces permit the entire package to be moved into position with a forklift during installation or maintenance procedures. A heavy-duty drive guard totally encloses the drive to protect plant personnel. An expanded metal front allows the operator to visually inspect the belts without removing the guard and lets the heat from the belts dissipate for longer belt life. Routine maintenance is simplified by the drive guard’s easy  access design. K-Tron Process Group/K-Tron Premier, Salina, KS 785-825-1611  www.ktronprocessgroup.com

u1318_85860.jpgBlower Packages
Booth 2219 - The latest members of the Com-paK Plus family, DB 166C and DB 236C, offer reduced footprint, simple installation and maintenance, as well as reduced noise and vibration. They also feature the Omega Control Basic, providing full control and package protection. The controller integrates motor starters and instrumentation, which reduces installation cost and provides assurance that the package will run the first time, every time. Available from 7.5 to 60 hp and with capacities up to 812 cfm at 3 psig, the DB series features an efficient tri-lobe blower design and a selection between a reduced voltage starter and a frequency converter.  Kaeser Compressors Inc., Fredericksburg, VA 800-777-7873  www.kaeser.com/omega

u1320_85861.jpgPressure Blowers
These pressure blowers are used in a variety of process and environmental applications where low volumes and high pressures are required. They are used for pneumatic-conveying applications to carry grain and other dry bulk materials, including powder, plastic materials, wood waste, and paper trim from a process to a collection point. This is useful in product transfer systems where additional cooling might be necessary. Accessories include silencers, inlet filters, and alloy construction. The New York Blower Co., Willowbrook, IL 800-208-7918  www.nyb.com
