ACS Group Aftermarket Parts Division Appoints Sharp Product Manager

ACS Group announces the addition of Dave Sharp, where he will be working with the Aftermarket Business team. Sharp comes to ACS Group from Rockwell Automation with 17 years of experience in the controls industry including four years in aftermarket parts product management.

As product manager, Sharp will play a key role in the growth of the aftermarket part and service sales. Maximizing the end user’s profitability through optimizing the performance of their equipment, he hopes to not just create customers, but partners by focusing on their overall purchase experience with ACS, which in turn will help the aftermarket sales grow organically, increasing the bottom line.

“With our growing aftermarket sales, it is important to maintain our high quality in standards for customer service,” said Dave Stewart, ACS Group vice president, Aftermarket Business. “With Dave’s experience and enthusiasm, the ACS Group will continue to build relationships and stay on top of our customer’s needs.

“Dave feels at home among the people he works with and sees a lot of opportunities for sales and service and looks forward to identifying process improvements that can make us more efficient. With a strong work ethic, and many ideas, Dave plans to add to the success of the Aftermarket Business with everyone’s thoughts and input. I think it’s important for us all to be able to share what we’re thinking as many minds together will achieve so much more than one mind by itself.”

Sharp attended the University of Wisconsin, Platteville where he has earned a BS in Industrial Technology Management with a minor in Electronics.
