Container-Loading System
The SwallowTail container-loading system can quickly fill sea and land containers with maximum payloads. This high-capacity system uses TransFlow Stinger technology and loads pigments and other difficult-to-handle materials. Stationary and portable designs are offered. Both are used to fill 20-, 30-, and 40-ft-long lined sea and land containers at filling rates of 40,000 lb/hr or more.

Flexible Silos
This range of flexible silos provides tailor-made solutions for quick, efficient, and safe storing of bulk solids and ingredients in most industries. Unlike steel or aluminum silos, Spirostore flexible silos are made of a durable yet flexible polyester fabric supported on a steel frame. The silos can store up to 7000 cu ft of dry bulk material and support weights up to 90,000 lb. They are custom-manufactured in terms of shape, size, and the type of polyester fabric selected. These are adapted to suit each customer’s specific requirements in terms of space available, exact product specifications, and how the product should be discharged. The silos are suitable for almost any indoor or other weatherproof location and can be connected to flexible screw, aeromechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum conveyor systems to fill and/or empty the stored material.

Portable Bulk Storage Units
These units provide an economical solution for bulk material storage. They are shipped ready to connect to the user’s conveying system and designed to be placed inside a plant, outside in a parking lot, or on a pad. Standard foundations are not necessary. Units offer capacities to 80,000 lb and can be stacked two high. They can be customized to suit users’ needs and can be constructed of carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum. Units can easily be transported from site to site if necessary, making this an ideal solution for temporary projects, low-budget projects, and space- or height-constraint projects.
