Joseph Kerner Named President of Temcorconservatek

CST Industries Inc., the global leader in the manufacture and construction of factory-coated metal storage tanks, domes, specialty covers, and reclaimer systems, has announced that Joseph Kerner has been named president of Temcor Conservatek, the company’s specialty cover division.   

TemcorConservatek was created by combining the world’s two leading aluminum cover companies, Temcor and Conservatek Industries. TemcorConservatek is a worldwide leader in design, manufacture, and construction of custom aluminum covers and structures for architectural, environmental, and industrial applications. TemcorConservatek has supplied more than 15,000 covers in more than 50 different countries and offers multiple structural, high-strength aluminum design solutions including domes, vaults, extruded flat covers, formed plank covers, truss supported covers, and space frames, as well as custom products specifically designed for unique vertical and overhead applications. The company maintains operations in Gardena, CA, Conroe, TX, and Rincon, GA.

Prior to joining TemcorConservatek, Kerner served as chief operating officer of The Oilgear Co. in Milwaukee, where he led the transformation of the hydraulic product and system provider. Prior to that he led a division of Valmont in Plymouth, IN, and was a general manager for Jason Components Group in Buffalo, IL. He will lead TemcorConservatek from the company’s Conroe, TX offices.
