Midwestern agricultural firm Heritage Cooperative recently wrapped up work on a $5 million project to expand the grain storage capacity of its Marysville Ag Campus in Marysville, OH, a release announced this month. Two new silos were installed that added 1.7 million bu of storage.

“We are very excited about this project and the grain storage solutions this provides to our customers throughout the area,” Jeff Osentoski, president and CEO of the cooperative, said in a statement. “The additional storage capacity allows us to take customer’s grain when they need to unload it and the timing is perfect for our busy harvest season which we are currently in.”

With the new assets, the location has a total grain storage capacity of slightly under 5 million bu.

Design-build firm Elevator Services and Storage Inc. finished work on the project in six months.
