Horizontal Shaft Impactor
The Grand Slam secondary horizontal shaft impactor now features two new product developments: a new grinding path and an apron adjustment system. This impactor series uses high-chrome metallurgy to increase the wear life of machine components, thereby reducing metal replacement costs. Used for a wide variety of industrial applications including aluminum dross and brick, clay, shale, grog, refractory brick, ceramics, floor tile, glass, bakery waste, and scrap carbide recycling, the unit reduces material size more efficiently with maximum uptime. The Crush Plus grinding path system creates a third crushing chamber to maximize one-pass product yield, minimize oversize, improve material soundness, and produces highly cubical product. The Max-Yield automated apron adjustment system maintains gap setting adjustment for aprons and the grinding path.

Crusher
The Delumper 1075 LP crusher reduces hard or soft, heat-sensitive, sticky, or wet agglomerates and lumps at high volume without degrading the material or causing rise in temperature. The unit’s low-friction cutting action is ideal for large quantities of sludge cake, agglomerated chemicals, plastics, fats, waxes, or solid waste. It employs extended cutting teeth that rotate completely through a heavy bar cage, self-clearing the slots with each rotation. Output sizes are adjustable by changing the speed or the comb.

Roller Mill
The VRM roller mill provides efficient fine grinding of soft to medium-hard materials. Designed for continuous operation, its concept is based on the combination of a high-quality mill body and efficient TC and ALPHA classifiers. The mill body is designed with two or three rollers and provides a sharp and very fine top cut down to d98 < 6 µm. The unit can be used for fine grinding and classification of a wide variety of materials including calcium carbonate, dolomite, talc, bentonite, barites, petroleum, coke, calcium oxide, and gypsum.

High-Speed Pulverizers
The Universal Mikro Pulverizer (UMP) is a pharmaceutical impact mill that offers the latest milling technology, coupled with a new ergonomic design and easy clean features. Now one mill can provide finished materials ranging from coarse granulations to ultrafine particle-size distributions. The results come from the capability to interchange a variety of internal grinding elements coupled with a rotor tip speed that can be varied from 40 to 160 m/sec. The result is a flexible machine that processes a wide range of APIs and excipients. There are three model sizes available to handle capacities for a few kilograms per hour to several hundred kilograms per hour. They are offered in a number of configurations to meet specific application requirements, including closed-loop inert processing, 150 psi high-pressure systems, and high-containment options.

Classifier Mills
The CLM-series of classifier mills is a combination of two stages of closed-circuit grinding and air classification all in one unit. These mills can be used to handle difficult-to-grind products and products requiring a narrow particle distribution. Materials that are difficult to grind, and those that require a finer grind or a narrower particle distribution curve, often require the capabilities of the CLM classifier mill. Oversized particles that are larger than specified are rejected by the classifier and are directed to a separate part of the grinding rotor where they are reground and then reclassified.

Hammer Mill
The Rigimill hammer mill is a rigid blade design mill that suits applications from lab use to full production. The unit can be used for grinding or finishing products from grains to cake mix. Mills are available in agricultural, chemical, or sanitary construction, and in 16- and 24-in. models, which range in size from 6 to 48 in. wide. A variety of blade shapes and screen sizes are available. The mill housing is a welded construction with a removable front cover for easy access to the grinding chamber.

Mini Laboratory Circulation Attritor
This Q-03 laboratory-sized circulation grinding mill features a special-sized processing tank, a mechanical shaft seal, and an explosionproof system, all on a customized frame. The design allows for narrow particle-size distribution and temperature control. The unit utilizes a separate holding tank that is typically 10 times the size of the attritor grinding tank. During the circulation process, the material makes multiple passes through the grinding chamber until the desired particle size is achieved.

Lump Breakers
An inverted pillow block assembly prevents buildup of material on pillow block housing, thus increasing bearing life. Bearings are designed with a B-10 life in excess of 100,000 hours. Inspection doors on the front and rear of the unit allow access to the mill without disassembly. With a reversing motor starter and double hook rotor-fingers, the machines can be run in either direction, providing twice the wear of single direction lump breakers.
