Interchangeable Milling Platform Offers Flexibility

The technology for exchangeable platform, multiple powder processing heads, mounted on a single drive was pioneered by Frewitt nearly 15 years ago. 

The design of this multi-process concept offers flexibility and optimal performance, ensuring savings. With guaranteed scale up from the FlexMill-Lab technology, the FlexMill is a pilot-to-production scaled size reduction machine line that has the capability to easily interchange up to five different milling and sifting platforms. This proven size reduction technology is designed so that additional heads can be purchased later, as needed.

A standard feature of the FlexMill is the automatic detection and recognition of which type of head is mounted on the drive.
