Dinnissen has developed a hygienic lump breaker for a major infant food producer. The aim was to create a new Viwateq easy-clean design without any hollow bodies that would be simple to extract: the rotating part and the screen are extractable.
Dinnissen is experienced in cantilever, EHDG, and smooth design, so decided to develop a breaker that goes beyond competitive models. A square design is preferable to a round design, since it keeps throughput high and relative in and outlet surface as large as possible.
