HR Equity Group has acquired Blue Tech Inc., Hickory, NC, in its entirety with the transfer of ownership from Dennis Harrow to the new leadership of Travis Robbins and Will Hancock.
Blue Tech is aggressively working to re-establish its place as a size reduction leader. Keith Gutberlet has been brought in as project manager, a position he held previously with Blue Tech. Also back on board is Charles Gero, who has been in the business for many years and will serve as vice president of sales and marketing.
Blue Tech will once again offer parts and equipment, as well as custom/toll grinding services.
