Custom Processing Services Inc. (CPS) provides particle sizing services for a wide range of materials, from minerals and metals to waxes and pharmaceutical excipients.

From recycled items such as refractory bricks to super high-value materials, CPS can properly process even the most difficult-to-grind materials.

At its two Pennsylvania locations, the company operates fluidized bed jet mills, classifier mills, pulverizers, and jaw crushers. Additional services include blending, screening, compounding, and extruding.

CPS also commercially produces nanoparticles and nano-dispersions in its Wet Processing Div.

Most of these processes may be performed in either technical grade or GMP settings. CPS produces precisely engineered products from R&D quantities to large-scale manufacturing campaigns. The company’s quality management system is registered to the ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 standards by SAI Global.
