American Pulverizer Completes New Manufacturing Plant

Phase II of American Pulverizer’s expansion program has been completed. The 40,000-sq-ft machine shop addition in St. Louis, Missouri was operational late last year and two new CNC machine tools were added to expedite both machine and spare parts orders. Crane capacity has increased two-fold to handle larger housings and rotors, with a ceiling height of 32 ft.

The company is currently moving the existing CNC machine tools from the old machine shop to the new location, with the goal of servicing customers more effectively and efficiently.

Phase I of the company expansion was completed in June, 2007 with a 17,500-sq-ft, two-story office renovation.
