Chilworth Global Adds Gaither, Rudenstein, Tate to Process Safety Management Practice

Chilworth Global (Chilworth) announced that it has strengthened its Process Safety Management (PSM) practice with the addition of three senior process safety specialists. Dr. Robert Gaither, Craig Rudenstein, and Deidre Tate have joined Chilworth’s PSM practice.

Rudenstein, P.E., M.S. Eng Mgt., B.S.Ch.E., is a chemical engineer with more than 35 years experience in process safety, employee safety, environmental compliance, process engineering, project management, energy, and quality management systems. He is an expert and practitioner in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and an experienced PSM and RMP auditor.  Rudenstein is also a senior member of AIChE and a highly experienced process safety trainer.

Based in Houston, Gaither, CSP, Ph.D., has more than 28 years of experience in regulatory compliance, management consulting, and both quantitative and qualitative process safety and risk management. This experience includes 18 years in the oil and gas industry, including senior positions at Chevron Corp. and Texaco. Dr. Gaither is a trained expert in PHA and SIL/LOPA facilitation and is also trained and experienced in release and consequence modeling using PHAST and other modeling software.

Tate, B.S., MBAc, CHWM, comes to Chilworth with more than 20 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing industry. This includes 15 years as a PSM and EHS auditor. Tate is also a master trainer, having delivered more than 10,000 hours of technical training. She has managed numerous PSM and RMP programs, emergency response and remediation activities, and has led process hazard analysis, risk assessments, and JSAs. She has created PSM, quality, chemical security, and EHS integrated management systems including VPP, RC-14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001.
