Quick-Access Screener
The Air-Lift quick-access system for circular vibratory screeners allows rapid interior cleaning, inspection, and screen changes while reducing manual labor. To operate, a quick-acting band clamp connecting the frames is removed and a remote air valve is actuated, causing two vertically mounted air cylinders to raise the upper frame(s). One entire raise/lower cycle can be accomplished in five minutes. Additionally, one operator can now perform what was previously a two-person task, depending on screen diameter.

Vibratory Screener
The Vibroscreen is a large circular unitized gyratory screen with three-component multiplane mechanical vibration. Motion is induced by a motor with a double-extended shaft that is fitted at both ends with eccentric weights. The whole drive assembly is mounted on a circular base by rugged springs that allow the unit to vibrate freely, while the springs prevent transmitted vibration from reaching the floor area on which the machine stands. Screens can be mounted one on top of the other within the screening assembly.

In-Line Sifter
The QA24 in-line sifter was developed for small to moderate production volumes and to provide an economical quality assurance and HACCP system for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical operations. The unit features Third-Party Verification of conformance to BISSC standards for the design and construction of equipment used in the baking industry. It provides the same Tru-Balance drive and pneumatic sieve compression system as the company’s larger in-line sifters. Deblinding System
The Vibrasonic Spiroscreen allows powders to be screened using finer meshes with greater accuracy than was possible with previous models. This feature increases the value of the screened powders while improving their final quality.
