Metal Detector Conveyor Systems

E-Z Tec DSP metal detector conveyor systems are designed and manufactured in the U.S., and offer excellent protection against ferrous and nonferrous metal contamination. These state-of-the-art units are available for quick shipment: typically 1-2 weeks after receipt of order. Each system comes with variable speed control, food grade polypropylene (plastic chain) belt, stop belt reject, and combination beacon and horn. These E-Z Tec DSP metal detector conveyor systems are available in three belt widths and various aperture heights, depending upon the model. Each system also includes a continuously welded series 304 stainless steel frame, wash-down drive, and UHMW slider bed. The conveyor electronics are housed within a NEMA 4X enclosure with start/stop switch for both the metal detector and conveyor. The entire system is supported by adjustable articulated foot pads.
