It is ideal for powder applications requiring food-grade contact surfaces. It offers quick cleaning because of a removable flap diverter that can be removed without the use of tools. The unit is ideal for food manufacturers because it is constructed to perform at a high level and provide facilities with superior hygienic processing capability. It features open framework construction with a round reject mechanism without edges to avoid dust and dirt settlement. The “Quick Out” system with the removable flap allows production workers to remove the complete separating mechanism for fast cleaning to reduce downtime. All product contacting parts are made from food-grade materials such as stainless steel, polypropylene, silicone, and Teflon.
