This new product incorporates the purification standards of a Rare Earth magnetic circuit with the innovations of a drawer-housing design. The company has taken the magnetic circuit found in pneumatic inline magnets, or bullet magnets, and incorporated it into a housing. It is ideal for gravity-fed applications where sticking, galling, and product bridging (which reduces flow rates) is prevalent, such as with spices, powders, flour, starches, or pet food. The diverter design mimics product buildup and eliminates bridging and choking, while forcing the product to come in direct contact with the magnet. The unit’s circuit offers high collection of contaminated metal, without having a negative effect on flow rates. This ensures continued efficiency in the processing stream.
