In-Line Centrifugal Sifter for Dilute Phase Pneumatic Conveying

Designed for pressure ranges from -0.6 to + 1.0 Bar g, the machine provides a cost-effective solution for the removal of tramp materials after sack and FIBC unloading, bulk storage, and for applications where head height is limited. The Gericke in-line sifter is available in both carbon and stainless steel construction with hygienic design, and an FDA-approved paint system for use in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. As a flexible, in-line unit it provides flexibility in where it can be placed within the line and offers the opportunity to use a single conveying line without breaking the systems to include the sifter. The sifter offers robust, but lightweight construction with easy access for cleaning and validation. It can also be installed at floor level allowing even easier maintenance. The compact design of the sifter makes it suitable for low height requirement installations such as bakeries and silo blocks.
