Five-Deck Tumble Screener

The Minox five-deck tumbling machine screens six different separate fractions, while achieving high yields. This five-deck machine is equipped with a pneumatic deck lifting option. The deck is readily mounted by welding or with bolts and nuts. It includes pneumatic control for lifting and lowering, and is operated by 6 bar compressed air (90 psi). This simple control allows easy access to the top deck and ball tray. The lower screens, brushes, and and/or air knives are simple to reach by removing the R clips. Screen removal can be removed by one person.
