A video has been released by Eriez featuring HD-66 dual inspection vibratory conveyors. The video runs slightly over one minute and can be found on Eriez website and Eriez’ YouTube channel.  

The video explains how Eriez HD-66 dual inspection vibratory conveyors offer variable speed rates to ensure precise product control and uniform coverage. The state-of-the-art conveyors allow hand inspectors easy recognition of imperfect products or foreign objects.

Unlike unsanitary belt conveyors, these dual 18-ft, side-by-side sanitary vibratory conveyors continually rotate and flip the product, enabling improved inspection, while decreasing noise levels and sanitary wash- down time. The video also highlights HD-66’s magnetic drives, which have no rotating parts, meaning safer operation, no need for lubrication, and lower energy consumption.
