Classifier

The Alpha classifier was developed for the production of fine products from 150 down to 6 µm and is especially suited for dry powders—both mineral and chemical. Depending on the fineness required, this equipment can be fed by gravity from the top or in the main airstream from below, and can be customized with either stainless steel, ceramic, or polyurethane for wear protection and specific material requirements. The unit requires minimal maintenance and is available with various options to meet a wide variety of air classification needs.
