Processall Opens Pilot Plant Testing Facility

Mason, OH-based producer of mixing, drying, and reacting equipment Processall launched a testing facility at its headquarters to offer its customers data to develop processes, assist in evaluating technology, and guide businesses as they scale up to production-level equipment.

Users of the testing facility at Processall can test batches up to 300 l and perform accurate mixing, granulating, drying, and reacting tests, typically conducted over one to three days using several pieces of equipment.

Processall, a division of The Armor Group Inc., said its chemical engineers will be available to work with applications, develop improvements, and improve processes.

“Since Armor purchased Processall in October 2015, we have invested extensively in the Processall division,” Dave Nelson, corporate president of The Armor Group, said in a statement. “The Pilot Plant Testing Facility is one example of our commitment to the processing industry.”
