Generichem, a pharmaceutical company that manufactures pharmaceuticals, nutritional products, and excipients, is relocating its corporate office and distribution facility to Towaco, NJ.
The company signed a lease for the 27,500-sq-ft building through commmercial realty company CBRE.
The CBRE team began searching for a new office/distribution facility in the spring of 2022, scouring the market, which has a vacancy rate of 3% for the new location. The chosen spot satisfied many of the factors that Generichem was seeking and it ultimately signed the long-term lease at the facility.
“We are pleased to accommodate the principals of Generichem in their search for a new office/warehouse facility in a very challenging industrial availability market,” said Tom Mallaney, first vice president, CBRE. “425 Main Road will allow the company to continue their growth over many years.”
The ownership, Schuster Baumer LLC, built and maintains this facility.
