ChargePoint Technology, powder containment and aseptic transfer valve manufacturer, has appointed Jonathan Bardsley as global applications and solutions engineering manager.

Bardsley will head up the applications and solutions engineering department which supports the sales and commercial team in enhancing the customer purchasing experience. His role includes collaborating with the sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure customer feedback is implemented to improve and enhance the company’s offer.

Bardsley brings more than 25 years of experience to the role and comes to the business with a unique perspective having previously been a ChargePoint Technology customer. “For many years I have worked closely with ChargePoint Technology as a loyal customer, and I was always impressed by the outstanding service provided,” said Bardsley. “That customer experience allows me to identify opportunities from which ChargePoint can continue to build and improve.

“Primarily I will be working with customers to pull together a robust process plan that identifies how best to implement ChargePoint Technology products but I will also be capturing customer feedback and managing the implementation of new systems and processes to ensure we continue to grow and develop our world-class services.”

Chris Eccles, CEO at ChargePoint Technology said, “Jonathan will be pivotal to driving our future growth strategy as we continue to expand across Europe and North America. With a wealth of experience working within the global market and having previously worked in containment and powder transfer, Jonathan has seamlessly transitioned into the team and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.”

ChargePoint Technology has highly skilled teams and machinery that create containment and aseptic transfer valves and single-use solutions that are essential for the safe transfer of powders, during pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
