Ludman Industries Enhances Engineering & Sales Team

Ludman Industries, based in Milwaukee, has added two key personnel to its engineering and sales teams, Eric Niemi and John Obligato.

Niemi will be a senior mechanical engineer. He will be the lead for the engineering and drafting team in charge of project management and compactor design from conception to start up. Prior to joining Ludman Industries, Niemi worked for Man Lift Manufacturing Co., and has experience with mechanical design, including sheet metal and heavy structural, as well as drives and controls and FEA of structures. Niemi has a BSMET from MSOE and an MBA from Alverno College.

Oligato will be the senior sales engineer. Oligato has an impressive background in sales and engineering, previously working for Allis Chalmers, Aqua Chem, and Siemens Water Group. Oligato has traveled the world extensively for his previous assignments, supporting their customer base. Oligato holds a BS in Civil Engineering and Construction Management and a MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
