Institute for Briquetting & Agglomeration to Induct New President

FEECO agglomeration process sales engineer, Chris Kozicki, will be passing the presidential torch at the upcoming conference for the Institute of Briquetting & Agglomeration (IBA) to Darrell Taulbee, a professor at the University of Kentucky.

Kozicki, a 12-year board member of the IBA, has been involved in the organization for nearly two decades, and has held the presidency for a two-year term.

When asked to reflect on his term, Kozicki said, “The IBA has seen a lot of exciting developments over the past couple of years. We were able to update our Web site to allow for increased functionality, and we established a presence on social media outlets. We also selected two new executive directors for the organization. I really enjoyed the increased contact with other members of the agglomeration community that being president allowed for.”

FEECO has been involved in the agglomeration industry for more than 60 years, providing agglomeration equipment and systems to a variety of industries, and has been a part of the IBA for many years.

The conference, which has taken place every two years since 1953, is the premier event for the agglomeration and briquetting industry.
