The Integra valve bag system is a completely self-contained valve bag filling system that is ideal for filling loose, bulk materials, such as TiO2, cement, flour, sugar, grain, feed, seeds, refractory material, and carbon black, into paper, PE, and PP bags. It can be equipped with up to four filling spouts, and offers a production rate of up to 15 bags per minute. From bag placing to filling and sealing, the Integra provides a complete bagging system in a single, compact machine. Designed following Haver’s “Plug and Pack” concept, the pre-assembled, turnkey unit quickly and easily integrates into an existing facility and requires just one power source for full operation. Featuring full automation, the Integra is designed for easy one-person operation. The entire bagging process is completed within the self-contained system, limiting operational noise while still allowing easy access to all crucial maintenance points through oversize panel doors. Large windows offer a full view of operation, and the dust-proof enclosure reduces cleaning requirements.
