Transportable Bulk Bag Discharging System

Ingredient Masters offers a transportable bulk bag discharging system for efficiently and fully unloading bulk solids from FIBC, super sacks, jumbo sacks, flexible totes, and other types of bulk bags. The system features a bag hanging and lifting frame with fork truck attachments to allow lifting and positioning of the bulk bag discharging system over the receiving container. The system is engineered for each application and can be designed to handle a variety of bulk bags up to 4000 lb, equipped with nearly any type of discharge spout. Material discharge can be controlled with a slide gate or other valve if desired. The bulk bag discharging system is ideal for unloading bulk bags into batching system dispensers.
