Rotary Filler Has Streamlined Base for Greater Access
The new stainless steel rotary filler from Spee-Dee Packaging Machinery

The new stainless steel rotary filler from Spee-Dee Packaging Machinery comes with a streamlined base for greater machine access, and two independent vibration rails to aide in the filling process.

The rotary filler, designed for high-speed filling of rigid containers for a variety of markets, has a streamlined, space-saving base for support; a design that takes up less floor space than other similar sized rotary fillers that have a large rectangular boxed-shape base. Most rotary fillers sit on a rectangular base that typically measure 24 in. tall, a footprint of 6 x 8 ft. This design makes access cumbersome and difficult. Using a trapezoidal, streamlined base that reduces the footprint to just a few feet, allows greater access to all parts of the machine, while also reducing the surface area needed to be cleaned.

Additionally, the rotary filler comes with two independent vibration rails that vibrate passing containers to help settle filled product. As containers move up a ramp and connect with magnetic funnels used to fill them from the augers, they glide over two freestanding vibration rails. The vibrators are not connected to the filler, so they do not interfere with the stability of the machine or its operation.
