Pacepacker T Series Open Mouth Bag Placer

The addition of the Pacepacker product line has expanded Spiroflow’s capability to engineer, design, and supply complete turnkey systems from raw material intake through storage, conveying, processing, and screening to final bagging and robotic palletizing. The Pacepacker T Series open mouth bag placer automatically places medium to large size open mouth bags on to the spout of a suitable weighing system. It can be used with most new or existing weighers and volumetric fillers. The T Series provides up to 14 bags/min throughput, handles filled weights of 20-100 lb, and accommodates bag lengths of 20-40 in. and bag widths of 16-24 in. Bag materials include paper, plastic, laminated, and open weave woven polypropylene. Options include a single-pile bag tray or multi-pile magazine, bag tail separator, stainless steel construction, mobile base frames, print & apply labelers, remote diagnostics, and modification for bags with handles.
