The Navigator E series bulk bag unloader provides an all-electric, low-profile solution to handling bulk bags. Twelve-foot restricted heights are no longer a limiting factor. The Navigator E bulk bag unloader utilizes electric drives to swing bags up into position. Drives are located on the side of product zone, thereby eliminating contamination. A programmable controller gives the option of remote operation for enhanced operator safety. This method eliminates bag swing, bag spin, and off-centering of bag over discharge. The standard unit includes electric programmable drive, vibrated bag pan, and enclosed spout discharge. Options include floating bag receptor tube, violator assembly, and electric bag jostler. It is suitable for food, USDA-3A Dairy, Functional Foods, and Chemical processes.
