Industrial Vacuum for Continuous Bagging

The Model 850 industrial vacuum cleaner is ideal for applications requiring the clean-up of dry, dusty debris, ranging from fine powders up to 2-in. solids. Bulk materials are disposed of in a safe, dust-free, and convenient manner via a continuous poly-bagging system, eliminating dumping of a drum or rigid collection container. Closed bags prevent fugitive dust clouds, with the unit containing a filter-cleaning system that eliminates the need for compressed air and solenoid controls. The MDL850 can be used as a stand-alone vacuum for fine powders or with a 55-gal intercept drum for bulky products. The unit features a well-balanced 26-in.-wide frame with easy-rolling wheels and 50-ft hose capacity, allowing operators to cover nearly an 8000-sq-ft area without moving the vacuum. The reverse-jet filter cleaning system does not require compressed air and provides longer vacuuming times without clogged filters, even with the finest powders.
