This bulk bag unloader with integral screener improves process material quality by completely removing tramp material, large clumps, or unwanted solids at the point of unloading. It filters low-quality sediment that can sometimes be present in bulk bags. Plus, the pneumatic bag agitators move compacted material down toward the screener quickly and effectively. Screening bulk bag material at the point of unload improves production time and quality. Screened material is automatically dumped into smaller sacks or totes for transport to storage, or is discharged into a hopper with conveyor for transport directly into the process.
