Bulk Bag Filling and Weighing System

This bulk bag filling system with gain-in-weight scale system and digital weight indicator allows bulk bags to be filled accurately to a programmed set weight. The unit features a conveying system for easy bulk bag maneuverability and access. The system includes an adjustable height frame, a bag inflation system with air amplifier, a pneumatically actuated bag strap release system, and stainless steel product contact surfaces. The operator places the pallet and bulk bag on the filling system, connects the bag straps and fill spout once the bag is conveyed into position, and initiates the fill cycle. The weight indicator will send signals to open/close a fill valve as required, based on a programmed set point. A stainless steel orifice gate includes a variable control feature to allow for full open/full closed, and dribble flow control positions. Systems are custom designed to application requirements.
