The latest addition to Iconotech’s KR line is the Optimizer KR universal printing and feeding system. Designed for medium- to high-volume batch runs of rsc cases, die cuts, and multi-wall Kraft bags, the Optimizer KR-U consists of the Optimizer printer integrated with the KR staging, indexing, and powerful vacuum feeding system, capable of handling cases up to 36 in. W x 39 in. L and gusset or valve bags up to 36 x 36 in. Adding the material handling components of a restacker and return conveyor brings full system throughput to 50 pieces/min. The versatility and efficiency of this feeding automation combined with Iconotech’s direct contact, plateless printing process provides years of cost savings from in-house generic case printing.
