Premier Tech Chronos (PTC), one of the largest packaging equipment manufacturers in the world, launches the WECARE Guarantee.

“It reflects our code of conduct, symbolized by the word DRIVER, and demonstrates our belief that the client is the reason we exist and that we are committed to ensuring the success of his business,” explains vice president of marketing & client services Simon Roy.

The goal in implementing this code of conduct across the entire organization is to be renowned for customer care support by providing clients with superlative service. A contest was created to encourage team members to share positive customer experiences, for which they will be rewarded. A training program was also developed for team members in order to enhance the client’s experience.
