Pearson Packaging Systems, a leading manufacturer of secondary packaging equipment, has announced that it has signed an exclusive co-marketing agreement with CT Pack. Pearson will be the supplier of CT Pack's Vortex Systems multi-packing equipment in North America and will sell this product line as part of a complete end-of-line solution for customers. Multi-packing is different from case packing, and is the process whether partially or entirely automated, by which a product is packed into a container that is then packed into a secondary container such as a case, tray, tote, or otherwise for palletizing and distribution.

CT Pack will have engineering resources based out of Pearson's Chicago facility. Additionally, a testing area for CT Pack multi-packing technology will be located in the Spokane, WA facility. This testing space will be used to design and implement multi-packing solutions.
