LaborSave is a completely automated system that unloads up to 48 tn/hr of 25-50-kg bags. The main debagger utilizes a traveling gripper to mechanically pick one row of bags per time, with 88 precision hooks, then moving the bags though 13 rotating, hardened cutting blades. The bags are then set on a vibration system, guaranteeing 99.99% emptying, while the next row of bags is being picked. An automated “cow catcher” system then flings the vibrated/emptied bags into an integral collection chamber.
The bags are compacted with the robotic head at various intervals, compacting up to 2000 bags. For dusty products the system is fully enclosed and connected to dust collection. Inlet and outlet conveyors, pallet stackers, dust collectors, automated bag compactors, mechanical and pneumatic conveying systems are provided to meet system needs.
