The Doboy S-CH provides a high-speed alternative to sewn bag closures. The S-CH heat seals poly or laminate bags producing a strong sift-proof closure that reduces potential product infestation at line speeds up to 100 ft/min. Capable of sealing bags with popular reclosure features such as press to close or slider, the S-CH is used across many industries including pet food, fertilizer, seed, litter, and charcoal. Its rugged construction is designed for three shift/day operation. PLC controls provide precise temperature control of four pairs of heater bars for dependable sealing. The SCH is ideal for incorporation into high-speed automatic bagging lines.
